Kidnappers have shifted from tinted Drone cars to Noah vehicles in their operations, the National Unity Platform leader, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has said.
Kyagulanyi who was referring to recent arrests of NUP supporters revealed that security operatives donned in plain clothes have now changed from their identical drone cars to Noah.
He further revealed that over 20O supporters have been arrested in a period of three days.
“The kidnaps have intensified. Over 200 supporters picked up in 3 days!”
On Wednesday, another NUP supporter identified as Nhetto was picked by unidentified men in plain clothes at Acaccia Mall who forced him into a waiting Noah car and drove at a lightening speed t a yet unknown destination.
The latest victim is Nhetto, a young supporter for long. Picked up at Acacia as he went about his business. Heavily armed operatives in plain clothes surrounded & pushed him into a van. Driven to unknown place,” Bobi said.
None of the security organs had by publication time admitted to be behind these arrests.
