The Director Amity Realtors has urged Ugandans to own land however small it may be because it is among the fundamental human rights.

Tushabe Herbert, the Director of Operations at Amity Realtors said that in todays’ economy, there is a need to strive to build strong, thriving communities where individuals can happily live, work, and prosper.

Tushabe who was speaking during the recently concluded “Singura Na Amity” festive season campaign in a spectacular grand draw held on January 11th at the prestigious Agip Motel believes that the first step to poverty eradication is land ownership.

During the grand draw five people were all smiles after winning big with Amity Realtors Ltd, the leading real estate agency in western Uganda.

The winners included Mutabazi Harmony who won a dream trip for two to Dubai, Appolo Family, and Abbey Ssenyonga walked away with brand new motorcycles, Kyomukama Judith and Mutebi Sedrak were the lucky winners of two Plots of land. These winners join the list of earlier winners of the first draw who included Omaidi Godfrey and Annet Birungi who won a plot of land and motorcycle respectively at Mbarara Central Market.

The event, attended by dignitaries, celebrities, and hundreds of excited participants, witnessed the crowning of lucky winners who walked away with life-changing prizes.

The “Singura Na Amity” campaign, which was launched on November 8th, aimed at rewarding the loyal customers of Amity with a range of exciting gifts, including motorcycles, plots of land, and a dream trip for two to Dubai.

The grand draw, hosted by top Ugandan comedians and musicians, saw the atmosphere electric with anticipation. Renowned comedian Anne Kansime, the chief guest, added a touch of star power as she drew the lucky winner of the Dubai trip.

Tushabe congratulated all the winners and extended heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in the ‘Singura Na Amity’ campaign.

He narrated that the campaign was more than just a giveaway but a celebration of land ownership, community, and the hope of homeownership.

He said that the “Singura Na Amity” campaign marks the beginning of an exciting journey for Amity Realtors as they continue to provide innovative and accessible solutions for land ownership in western Uganda.
