Police in Luuka district are looking for a 28-year-old woman accused of hacking her husband to death.
The suspect, a resident of Buzimba village, Nawampiti sub-county is said to have hacked Amos Kivulumule 35, accusing him of infidelity.
The victim reportedly returned home in the late night hours and when his wife, Slyvia Nabirye asked the whereabouts of his coming late, he did not explain which angered the wife. A physical altercation ensued and the victim was brutally hacked.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the couple has been having frequent conflicts over infidelity.
Further reports indicate that the suspect after commiting that stressful act ran away but police is searching for her.
