BUSHENYI: Police in Bushenyi is investigating circumstances underwhich yet to identified manslayers strangled and dumped a man’s body in the middle of the in Kakooma.
A man whose particulars have not been identified was on Wednesday found dead in the middle of the road leading to popular Kabagarame pork market at Kakooma few kilometres from Bushenyi-Ishaka highway.
The Bushenyi region police spokesperson Martial Tumusiime, confirmed that the deceased was dumped at Kakooma area on kabagarame road in Ruharo parish, Central division , Ishaka _Bushenyi Municipality.
Police preliminary reports indicate that the manslayers first strangled the deceased before dumping his body at Kakooma.
An eye witness who talked to Parrots UG said that killers travelling in a Toyota wish motor vehicle, white in colour (registration number not known) brought the body and dumped it at Kakooma.
Police from Bushenyi visited the crime scene and the deceased body was taken for a postmortem as investigations continue.
