Registration and update of registers of NRM members is slated to close today at all registration centres countrywide.
Despite the challenges, ONC boss Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiya has implored members of the general public and all NRM supporters who have not yet taken part in the exercise to register before closure.
“This is a crucial moment, a last call for those who have yet to check into the yellow book or register themselves. Don’t let this opportunity slip away; seize the chance to become a vital part of the formidable NRM party, a party of hope and progress celebrated worldwide,” Namyalo implored.
According to Namyalo, president Museveni stands as a testament to the unconditional love and dedication of the NRM leadership. His call, she said echoes the sentiment of inclusivity and unity, inviting all individuals who uphold the values of peace, freedom, and patriotism to join hands in shaping the future of our nation through the NRM party.
“Why should you consider joining the NRM party today? The answer lies in its steadfast resolve to ensure stability and progress for all citizens. The NRM party isn’t just a political entity; it’s a movement fueled by the aspirations of the people, guided by visionary leadership, and rooted in principles of democracy and development.
Hajjati said this after her updating her details in the Nrm register ( Yellow book),” she challenged members.
Namyalo made the remarks while at Goodwill village in Kabalagala parish Makindye division where she had gone to monitor the ongoing registration exercise.
