Business in old Taxi park Kampala has been brought to standstill after a gate on one of the neighbouring shopping malls collapsed earlier this morning.
The incident happened at Ben Kiwanuka street in the heart of Kampala when a gate on Park Enkadde mall collapsed and killed one person injuring another.
An unidentified man purpoted to be a businessman in the city was hit by the falling gate and died on the spot while another was injured and rushed to a hospital.
Business operators in the mall are still stranded on opening their businesses fearing for their lives.
Police has secured part of the building and the deceased body has been taken to city mortuary Mulago. Developing story………….
