KAMPALA:
The joint anti-terror security agencies have in detention four suspects on allegations of being in possession of a bomb detonating device.
They were arrested alongside their close relatives while trying to access Speke Resort Hotel Munyonyo.
According to police, they found the bomb in a car during a check-up of the vehicle which was entering the resort and was being driven by a Somali national identified as Abdul Karim Moyo, a resident of Lungujja in Lubaga Division Kampala.
Further details of other suspects had not been disclosed by press time.
