Without disclosing specific dates, UNEB’s Principal Public Relations Officer, Jennifer Kalule Musamba said the board will soon release results soon.

“The wait is over! 2024 UACE results loading (to be released),” Kalule said.

“Friday March 14th is a tentative date for the release, subject to confirmation,” she added.

Earlier this day, UNEB officials briefed the minister of education and sports, Janet Kataha Museveni on the overall performance of candidates in the 2024 UACE exams, and education experts say the results will likely be released on Friday at State House Nakaseero, Kampala at 11am.

The 2024 UACE examinations began on November 11, 2024 and were concluded on December 6, 2024, under heightened security measures to curb malpractice.

A total of 142,009 candidates who include 80,041 (56.4%) boys, and 61,968 (43.6%) female candidates registered to sit for last year’s UACE exams across 2,634 centers nationwide. This number represents a 22.15% surge from the previous year’s (2023) 110,569 candidates.

With the release of the UACE results, the 2024 national examination cycle officially comes to an end, paving the way for students to proceed with university applications and other career choices.
