It was a bizzare on Friday June 25th night during NTV’s entertainment show; ‘Mix Show’ hosted by Etania as a fan masturbated live on TV.

Management has since apologized to the public for the incident saying it was an unfortunate one.

According to a press statement by the management, NTV said it has already reported the matter to Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) to help in tracking down and prosecuting the suspect.

“We regret this unfortunate incident and have reported the matter to Uganda Communications Commission (UCC). We have also appealed to UCC for assistance in identifying and prosecuting the individual audience.” NTV said.

How it all went down:

On Saturday June 25th (last night) during the station’s Mix Show, a fan whose identity has not yet been known took to rubbing his manhood in a bid for self sex pleasure while live on Television.

The Program director and producer did not notice the incident on time and therefore delayed to filter the fan out. After a little while, NTV filtered it out but some fans had already recorded still photos and audivisual clips of the fan.

Some fans took to Twitter to say that he was fantasizing about the show’s hot presenter whom most people find so hot.

One of the fans identified as Aine John said in a Twitter reply: “Y’all should first chill #BBNaijaReunion and come help out this brother of ours 😂😂any gal that can walk to him, please do cause anytime people💀💀😂🙌🏿@ntvuganda #ntvmixshow mututwala speed👀😂😂 pic.twitter.com/4TcRYMWuNI — Aj👑🇷🇼🇺🇬 (@Ainejohnan) June 25, 2021.”

The fan’s face however was not seen in the video but his erect manhood was caught on camera.

It should be noted that since the lockdown started in March last year, a number of Televisions including NTV Uganda took on music battles this time engaging their fans whom they have been airing live via zoom.

However, such incidents of obscenity from the audience had not been recorded before on any station.

NTV however has on Saturday (today) come out to respond to the matter.

The TV management further announced in a statement that it has suspended the Director and Producer of the show to help in investigation.
“In addition, we have also suspended the Director and Producer of the show and an inquiry into the matter is underway.”
