It was a horrific drama at Masaka central police station as a yet to identify motor Cyclist burnt thyself into ashes inside police OC offices.
According to reports from a newly born city, the cyclist had earlier today’s morning gone to claim for the release of his Boda Boda which police impounded last night during curfew hours however, officials demanded for largesums of monies which he didn’t have at the moment.
Amidst failed pleads to secure his motorcycle, the cyclist allegedly walked out of the OC’s office and went to a nearby trading centres where he bought petrol and returned to the same office ready to set a blaze himself, the OC and the Office.
Reports further states that the OC was quick to run out of the office while the cyclists and yet to identify properties in the office burnt to ashes. The police fire rescue team tried to control the situation in vain.
Sources added that Boda Boda cyclists in Masaka are now conducting demonstrations on streets with police spraying peppers.
