If you traveled along the Rukungiri-Kampala Rd you would get sight to a drone commuter Taxi with a bolded slogan on its emergency door reading; “It’s not over until I win.” The slogan caught my eyesight as I gently bargained for a perfect bus to whisk me to Mbarara and saying that I didn’t end up boarding this drone would term me a 2019 liar.

The slogan or motto whatever name you call it; deep in my minds taught me that Success isn’t where you are but the direction you’re taking!
Entirely; the world loves winners and there’s no time for losers. So; it’s upon one to choose what they’d love being called.

Success or failure is caused by our mental attitude than mental capacity. An Emotional growth Philosopher once asserted: ‘What your mind conceives cannot be achieved without a positive mental attitude.” Teachers at KIU have a professional adage that your attitude is your altitude. The two are twin philosophical terms explaining what attitude has to do with one’s success-either positive or negative.

You might have been successful in the past times; that’s pretty good. But remember the Taxi slogan goes; It’s not over…… Or else you’ve tried and failed; its not an end! Life goes on.
From the ashes of defeat may germinate seeds of victory!

Failure waves are so strong that they can sweep away whoever ventures in the fields of success; the best option would be not to give up! If you’re a businessman; cultivator; boda cyclist;Teacher; Student; etcetera its good to define your potential as well as refining your goals.

Success always hugs you in privacy but failure slaps you in public. No matter; our greatest weakness is giving up. The most popular way to succeed is to try again and again despite the huddles. The best inventors would have not been great today if they had given up to hardships faced during their inventions.
Where would the world be if great economists and political men in history had sat on their knowledge and skills to liberate the world from the economic depression and unconditional political environment? Having a negative mental perception towards something haunts your success.

Worthwhile; exploring your talents such as Public Speaking; Leadership; MDD; Playing 🎸; 🎹 keyboard and so forth win you a credit. If yours is Farming; hesitate not! Go into Farms and grow food crops for this highly food consuming population. Do not undermine your talents! Your good performance. In other fields goes along way to amplify your other abilities. It’s on your uniqueness that your success depends.
Discovering your talents implore you to build self esteem; confidence; and changes your attitude towards other weaker areas.

Were you nearly giving up? Start singing that you’re the winner.
Honesty; trustworthiness; Hardworking and timelines wears you a successive jovial face among the people surrounding you. The same people who will firmly hold the ladder of success for you to climb up to reach your dreams. It’s not about your past failures; doesn’t weed still germinate from the burnt bushes? neither is it about your past business profits – name it; Alunta continua. Remain defiant until you win. Let the Taxi 🚕 slogan be yours today.
