PSG forward Edinson Cavani is hopeful that he has several years left in football .
Though the Uruguayan remains unsure about his PSG future, with his contract at the club due to expire at the end of June.
However, according to the poll that was held by French daily L’Equioe by fans is overwhelming whereby of 46,592 votes, a resounding 77 per cent called for the 33-year-old to be kept hold of.
However Cavanivis optimistic bof what lies ahead of his career as a footballer according to PSG official Magazine.
“My career will last for maybe several years still, here or elsewhere, I don’t know, I have always said that I would like to quit football rather than football quitting me.” Cavanivi said.
Edson Cavani was signed from Napoli in 2013, and for seven years almost he has been a clinical finisher for the French league 1 side.
He has won six Ligue 1 championships alongside a host of cup medals, with the only frustration being a lack of champions league.
The 33 year old has been linked up to many clubs across Europe due to his superb performance with the latest being Atletico Madrid, Arsenal and Chelsea and Manchester city.
He scored his 200th goal for PSG in February before sports events were closed down due to the spread of the pandemic novel Corona virus.
