A 32-year old man in Kisoro district has shocked residents after he was found hanging on a rope following a long family wrangle.
The deceased l, Emmanuel Ziragora is a resident of Karambi village Gasovu parish Nyarusiza sub county in Kisoro district is reported to have always threatened to commit suicide.
Parrots UG learned that family reported the matter at Chahi police station for intervention but when he (Ziragora) was summoned, he instead went into hiding.
The Kigezi region police spokesperson Elly Maate told reports that Ziragora was later discovered hanging in a rope by the young children he stayed with and alerted the neighbors who reported to police.
Police arrived at the scene of the crime and confirmed the incident meanwhile as investigations into the matter continue.
