Sam Mayanja the State minister for lands has lost his daughter who was killed after involving in a fatal accident.
Sources say that Mayanja’s daughter died when a speeding truck rammed into the Boda-Boda on which she was travelling on.
Sources added that the accident happened yesterday Friday night at around 8:00pm, along Stretcher Road in Ntinda, not far a way from Minister’s Village residence where the daughter was staying.
Minister’s daughter only identified as Belinda Birungi is believed to have recently graduated from Uganda Christian University Mukono (UCU) and had just been employed barely 3 months back.
Belinda was pronounced dead at round 11:00pm in the hospital after succumbing to severe injuries she sustained from the accident while the motorcycle rider died instantly.
