A three storeyed building has collapsed in Kibutika Ndejje Makindye Ssabagabo Wakiso District.
A building which was uder construction collapsed in the early morning downpour killing a yet to identify number of people.
The incident happened in the ewee morning hours of the morning in Mirimu zone, Ndejje Kibutika Makindye Ssabagabo Wakiso.
Other houses that were nearby the collapsed building were also partly destroyed and occupants killed.
Police fire and rescue team arrived at the scene to retrieve and rescue victims from the debris of the the building.
Three bodies bodies including a pregnant woman and a Teacher at King David Primary School- Kibutika have been retrieced.
Anonymous source has told Parrots UG that one person has been rescued alive and rushed to unknown hospital.
By press time, Uganda Red Cross Society and police fire and rescue service were still working hard to save lives.
