Senior News Anchor of the Western Uganda’s big urban radio station 91.2FM Crooze Radio, Aaron Ainomugisha has on Saturday 31st December, 2022 lived true to the adage that in employment there is no rival employer—but shared interests for greener pastures—after he jumped media ship and crossed to rival 106.7 Glory FM.
The news of defection was broken by the journalist on his social media platform on Saturday evening.
According to an official statement shared on Facebook, Ainomugisha joins Glory FM as Chief News Editor and Runyankore Rukiga News Anchor and other stipulated assignments effective January 1.

Ainomugisha is one of the a few young journalists who have written their names on the walls of fame in Mbarara City with his ochestrals, and Runyankore – Rukiga language dialects. He is also the founder of Rise News Uganda, an online blogsite that publishes community news and other hard news.

He brings to the Christian faith founded station based at Holy spirit Fire Church in the heart of Mbarara City, top notch radio skills, online journalism and other multimedia skills relevant to any rising media outlet. By the time of his defection, Ainomugisha has been a Runyakitara news anchor at Crooze FM and also developed content for the station’s website. CONGRATULATIONS Aaron Ainomugisha!
