In a significant development, Zephline Muhangi has been appointed as the new Regional Coordinator for the Western Region under the Directorate of Mobilization at the NRM Secretariat led by Hon. Rosemary Seninde.
This strategic appointment is expected to bolster the mobilization efforts and enhance the party’s outreach and organizational capacity in the region. Muhangi is a bonifide royal cadre of the National Resistance Party for many years.
In his new capacity, Muhangi is expected to expand his availability to NRM supporters as well as mobilize and recruit new members to the party an area he has become a masterpiece of doing.
Following his immense contribution towards the “Jaja Tova Ku Main 2026” campaign and monitoring of government programs in Ankole, his resilience, versatility, experience and humble life makes him the best fit for this job to better put his skills to use.
With his robust intrusion and party identification, there is no doubt that western Uganda districts and the NRM party will find in Muhangi an invaluable asset. Details of his appointment follow in our subsequent reports.
