Its dark clouds in Kampala after death has robed the life of Al Hajji Nasser Ntege Ssebagala alias Seya, former Kampala City Mayor earlier this morning.
According to the reports, Seya died on Saturday morning at International Hospital Kampala – IHK.
He is respected for his prominent businesses in Kampala and his political contributions in Kampala city.
Seya was an independent presidential candidate in the 2006 general election before he dropped out to join the Kampala mayoral race.
Parliamentary Imam, Latif Ssebagala has confirmed the death of Al-Haji Ssebagala.
Seya had recently joined Bobi Wine’s political party – National Unity Platform (NUP) where he had shown interests to contest for City Lord Mayorship but his dream later lost in blowing wind.
