The hand of death has struck the Uganda People’s Defence Forces – UPDF after the passing on of Brig. Gen. Mark Kodili.
“So suddened to hear about the demise of Brig. Gen Kodili Mark Ayiasi,”
Kodili has been the Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) coordinator for Madi zone.
He passed on this morning from Victoria hospital Kampala.
