KAMPALA
Ugandan comedian Obed Karim Lubega popularly known as Reign of Maulana and Reign is graduating at St. Lawrence University 14th Graduation ceremony today.
Reign known of his great sense of humor in the entertainment industry, is among the over 370 graduands that are graduating in the ongoing graduation ceremony.
He graduates with a Diploma in Primary Education.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Charles Masaba, the Vice Chancellor for St. Lawrence University revealed that the university is in the final stages of acquiring a University Charter upon approval by the National Council for Higher Education of Uganda.
A total of 23 graduands are graduating with Masters degrees, 5 post graduate degrees in different academic disciplines according to the Vice Chancellor. Other graduands are graduating in different disciplines in Degrees, Diplomas and certificates.

In attendance is the university Chancellor also the vice president of the Republic of Uganda, Maj. Gen. Jessica Alupo, Prof. Mary JN Okwakol Executive Director of NCHE, ministers, guests from the NRM Secretariat, members of the university council among others.a
